Power Transmit Output Box ( P.T.O Device )P.T.O box can transfer large power, which is equipped with main hydraulic pump A11VO190 and boom folding concrete pump A2F023 made by Rexroth of Germany, and works reliable, low noise and dissipating heat well.Main hydraulic pump uses constant power ratio to control variable piston pump, which can be operated conveniently and save engine power. Putting in gear or taking out of fear droved by air cylinder that is controlled by electromagnetic valve, it is convenient and reliable.3. Concrete Conveying MechanismConcrete distributing valve equipped with inclined gate inflows efficiently and changes conveniently, suitable to different conditions. The long delivery trip of concrete piston can effectively reduces the operation numbers of delivery mechanism, and is beneficial to the long term work. The basic body of concrete distribution valve is made of alloy casting steel with good ability to withstand high pressure and use of long term life. The sealing components of main oil cylinder and distribution valve cylinder are imported, they are reliable and can be used long time. S valve’s truck mounted concrete pump uses large diameter S pipe of distribution valve, the diameter of delivery cylinder is Ø230 with long trip and low frequency, the diameter of swaying cylinder is Ø90, it sways quickly, pushes powerfully, transports cement smoothly and transporting volume is above 120m3/h.4. Hydraulic System Operation method of hydraulic controlling system is of open style to carry out loading or unloading. Hydraulic valve produced by Vickers company of America, few distributed head, working reliable. Boom operation valve uses manual electromagnetic proportional control valve of HAWE company, boom expands and folds steadily.5. Electrical Control System Operation can be controlled by two methods: wireless remote control and penal control in operation cab. Components of wireless control device are imported, it has many functions: Controlling acceleration and deceleration, start and stop of the motor, pump works in obverse and reverse, the volume of main oil pump, boom expands, folds and rotates. Components controlled by penal, which are imported, have many functions: pumping system works in obverse and reverse, stirring system works in obverse and reverse, starts and stops of water pump, starts and stops of cooling fan, switch of changing operation for penal and remote control, and so on.6. Cleaning SystemThe equipment has reciprocating plunger pump, which can supply high pressure water (Pmax: 6.5 Mpa) to clean machine, with water tank (900L), when the work finished, truck mounted concrete pump and spare pipes of boom can be effectively cleaned.7. Lubricating SystemUsing single and double pump of a plunger-type lubricates automatically, they cab be lubricated at pre-set time and pre-set position, effectively guarantee the life-span of movement components and reducing wear.8. Boom SystemBoom folds in “O” shape with pipes are attached to it. Outriggers set in X shape, swaying in the back, rotating is driven by gear rack transmission to gear wheel. The outriggers system can open wide and will not be limited by small construction space. Concrete pump works steadily and reliably. Boom materials are welded with imported high-strength steel and welding rod, the main and auxiliary frame in triangular link so that the whole machine bears weight more reasonable to help reducing vibration of distribution valve of concrete.9. Security Device•P.O.T can be changed to working condition only after the engine stops ( putting the gear to the neutral ), to avoid operation by mistake, the operator must stop the engine and get the P.O.T out of the working condition, then change to running condition. •Using switch to operate for safe operation of boom, operate outriggers after boom returns to the place to avoid mistaking operation when boom working.•Applying the switch on the controlling penal to ensure that only one of two controlling methods can be used at one time.•There are several emergency knobs respectively installed on the controlling box, near the outriggers and the hopper, so that the whole truck can be stopped as soon as possible in case of emergency.•The operator can adjust truck in level condition by level device.While unexpected overloading occurs to the working booms, the overloading protection device can make function.•Protection device and lamp instruction appliance are designed according to the national standard strictly.•There are instruction plates near the control part for guiding control, there are instruction plates installed on the energy store for safe control.
